Service Guarantee Summary
DocShot operates strictly as an informational audit platform using **lightweight non-intrusive document signals**. We access your Google Drive using **read-only permissions** without inspecting full document contents. DocShot never modifies, deletes, moves, or alters your Google Drive files under any circumstances.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DocShot (docshot.ai), a service operated by Zero Shot Labs, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
DocShot provides document hygiene analysis, temporal authority scoring, and duplicate detection for Google Drive. Reports are provided for analytical and informational purposes to help users organize and maintain canonical document versions.
3. User Account & Google Permissions
To use DocShot, you authenticate using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and title to your Google Drive documents and metadata.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
DocShot services and reports are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Recommendations regarding document authority and staleness are generated by analytical algorithms and should be reviewed prior to manual file cleanup. Zero Shot Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
5. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. You may terminate your use of DocShot at any time by disconnecting the application from your Google Account permissions manager.
